Software Idea Submission Release Agreement

Idea Submission: Submitter agrees to voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, or concepts related to software ("Idea") to Company.

No Obligation: Company is not obligated to use, develop, or compensate Submitter for the Idea.

Ownership: Submitter acknowledges that any Idea submitted is non-confidential and becomes the sole property of Company, without any obligation for further compensation or acknowledgment.

No Restrictions: Submitter represents that they have the right to submit the Idea and that the submission does not violate any agreement or infringe on any rights of others.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the submitted Idea.
By submitting an Idea, the Submitter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
